Gdańsk, 16 September , 2009

On 16th of September 2009 in Gdansk took place first of series of seminaries anticipated in the project “South Baltic – domestic violence free zone”. Seminary was organized by Network of East West Women NEWW Poland on the subject “The perpetrator of domestic violence. Isolation and therapy”. Seminary took place in the City Hall, where now exist Gdansk Metropolis 2016 The European Capital of Culture Candidate.

Kretinga, Lithuania, 1-2 December, 2009

On 1-2 of December 2009 NEWW participated In a seminary meeting and study visits in Kretinga, Lithuania. Visit was organized by our Lithuanian Partner: Women Training and Education Centre In Kretinga, due to realization of the project ‘South Baltic Area – Violence Free Zone’. The subject of the seminary was ‘Local and international networks. Their effectiveness solving the problem of domestic violence’

Ronneby, Sweden, 8 April, 2010

On the 8th of April, in Ronneby, Sweden, took place third and last one seminar scheduled for the project “South Baltic area – Violence Free Zone”. The subject of the seminar was “Children as a crime of domestic violence”. Participants talked about the rising numbers of children victims and institutional and non-institutional ways of help.
